Rudy Ng, co-founder of Inforient Infrastructure Sdn Bhd.  He is was instrumental in the establishment of the Company’s business in Malaysia involving himself in all aspects from liaison with telcos, daily operations to relationships with banks and investors. He has been involved in the telecommunication tower industry for over 10 years and he is bringing his experiences in overseas markets especially Indonesia and China to the Inforient Infrastructure group.

Rudy holds a Bachelor’s of Engineering degree and a Masters of Business Administration from University of London. He began his working career with CIMB in the corporate finance department where he was involved in corporate mergers and acquisitions and fund raising exercises for major corporate groups. He later left CIMB to take up positions as Senior Vice President with Bolton Berhad and Executive Director with Widetech (M) Berhad, both publicly listed companies on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. In early 2000, he ventured to establish his own business leading to the establishment of Inforient group of companies and Tower china Infrastructure Limited, a company based in China involved in the building and leasing of telecommunication tower infrastructure.

En Amin Ashari Shafie

Mr. Amin Shafie is a founding partner of QuestMark Capital Management a venture capital management firm based in Kuala Lumpur with operations in Hong Kong. Prior to that, he was with MSC Venture Corporation, and involved in Malaysia’s first venture fund focused on the ICT industry. He is also a Partner in Intres Capital Partners.

Throughout his tenure, he is active on the boards of portfolio companies involved in tv media, animation, new media & mobile applications, medical devices and green technology industry. His experience includes the setup and adoption of new business models and turnaround and workout strategies for such companies.

Mr. Amin Shafie graduated from Western Michigan University in USA with a BBA in Computer Information Systems. He is currently the Chairman of the Malaysian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (MVCA).
